Q: When are the letters mailed out?

A: All letters are sent out on the 1st Saturday of the month. Delivery times vary depending on your location and can take up to two weeks. If you don't receive your letter by the end of the month, please contact us and we'll send you out a new one right away.

Q: Can I cancel at anytime?

A: Yes, you can. Shoot us an email to cancel, pause or change your address.

Q: Can I sign up anytime?

A: Yes. A welcome letter will be mailed out as soon as you sign up. Then on the 1st Saturday of the month, another letter will be mailed out, along with photos, and things to do in your area.

Q: Can I send this as a gift?

A: Of course you can! These letters make a great gift for loved ones, who enjoy getting mail.

Q: Why do I need to fill out the form? 

A: Each letter is addressed personally, along with things to do in your area. The more information we have, the more personalized it will be.
